This is an 8-days safari escapade that allows you to get up close and personal with one of the true wonders of Kenya and Tanzania. Your sojourn begins in Kenya later cross to Tanzania via Isebania border.
Begin with Serengeti National Park, followed by Ngorongoro, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its dense concentration of animals. This itinerary combines thrilling safaris with relaxation, offering an unforgettable journey through Kenya & Tanzania's natural wonders.
Arrive in Nairobi where you will be met by our representative and chauffeured to your city hotel where your Kenya safari begins. Nairobi is an alluring mix of bustling city areas, lush green forest, rolling hills, shopping malls, and roaming wildlife.
After early breakfast, depart for Nakuru Via Naivasha, you will arrive in time for optional activities such as boat rides as well lunch. Lake Naivasha is a beautiful freshwater lake, fringed by thick papyrus, providing the ideal setting for a boat ride or walk along the lake shores.
Later in the afternoon, drive onward to Lake Nakuru National Park for afternoon game drive, before check in at your lodge for overnight.
Depart after having an early breakfast to Maasai Mara via Narok town later arrive in good time for check-in at your Lodge/camp.
The reserve has vast open spaces, carpets of green grass, and an abundance of stunning, exotic wildlife throughout the year making it a prime destination and a must-visit for all!
In the afternoon, set off on a game drive just as the animals awake from their afternoon sleep. As the air begins to cool and the sun sinks lower to the horizon, witness the excitement of the bush in action, returning at dusk to your lodge for dinner and a good nightâs rest.
There is never a dull day in Maasai Mara and as you head out into its rolling green plains and riverine woodlands, you can experience the hushed thrill of a lion stalking its prey, or a leopard retrieving its kill from the high branches of an acacia tree. Following a late afternoon game drive, youâll return to the lodge at sunset for dinner, some quality family time, and sleep.
After breakfast depart and drive to Isebania Border After completing immigration formalities and border regulations, you will meet your driver guide for Tanzania side, exchange vehicles and drive to Serengeti National Park to proceed with the safari in Tanzania Side.
You will enjoy an afternoon game a drive en route to your camp traversing the golden plains under the glow of the fading sun, as the animals come out of hiding and into the cool evening air. Settle into the night with a family dinner, recounting the day’s excitement, before falling asleep to the soothing sounds of wild animals in the distance.
Breakfast at the lodge and depart for game drives. Serengeti is famed for its annual migration, when some six million hooves pound the open plains, as more than 200,000 zebras and 300,000 Thomson's gazelle join the wildebeestâs trek for fresh grazing. Yet even when the migration is quiet, the Serengeti offers arguably the most scintillating game-viewing in Africa
Drive to the Ngorongoro Crater Tour, descend into the 100-square-mile Ngorongoro Crater. Here you will view game on the vast grasslands of the crater floor. The bottom of the crater is dotted with watering-holes, shelters and almost 30,000 animals in an area naturally enclosed by the slopes of the volcano. You will also find the âBig Fiveâ: lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino and leopard. The Ngorongoro Crater is the largest unbroken caldera in the world and is surrounded by very steep walls rising 610m from the floor. It is considered to be one of the natural wonders of the world and is an amazing haven for wildlife throughout the year due to the permanent availability of grass and water.
This would be your Safari last day. After an early breakfast, you will leave Ngorongoro and make your way back to Arusha arriving in the city in the mid/late afternoon.
You will have lunch and a day room before being transferred to Kilimanjaro international Airport for your onward flight.
