Depart Nairobi early in the morning and drive through the panoramic Athi Plains into the bush country of Amboseli National Park. Arrive at your lodge or camp in time for check-in and lunch, before heading out for your first game drive.

Amboseli is world-famous for its enormous elephant population, often seen roaming right in front of lodges at sunrise.
